Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether or not there is an influence of thedigitalization of Islamic service features (X) on the sustainable interest (Y) of Bank 12 Syariah Indonesia KC Wadiah savings customers. Renon Denpasar. To find out whether there is a dominant factor in the digitalization of Islamic service features (X), The data analysis method in this research uses the simple regression test, the T test, the coefficient of determination test (R square), and the classic assumption test, which includes normality, heteroscedasticity, and linearity tests. Based on the results of this research, the calculation obtained from the coefficient value of the variable X, Digitalization of Islamic Service Features, is 0.785 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The partial results show that there is a significant positive influence because Ho is rejected. The effect of the digitalization of Islamic service features on sustainable interest in PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Renon Denpasar Branch Office is proven by the results of a simple regression test of 0.785 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected. Meanwhile, the calculated t value is 17.438 > 1.660, so Ho is rejected. Based on the results of the discussion of the most dominant factor in the digitalization of Islamic service features in table 4.7 above, namely the variable statements X no. 3, 8, and 11, namely actual usage (actual usage) with a total value of 1188, the Islamic service feature is able to provide convenience for customers in providing spiritual access such as juz amma, asmaulhusna, prayer times, Qibla direction, and financial wisdom according to Islamic law.
